ironi,, bikin merinding

masih anget kemaren kabar nenek2 yang ngambil kakao ama juragannya dijeblosin ke penjara,, dan diharusin wajib lapor 3 bulan,, nah sekarang,, nyolong semangka 1 biji,, ditangkep,, dihajar ama yang punya,, tros dilaporin ke polisi,, Ya Allah,, merinding q.. mereka orang2 lugu,, "awam" hukum,, mereka hanya ingin memenuhi kebutuhan hidup mereka. barusan dengerin wawancara langsung ama "pelaku"nya di TV one.. subhanallah,, dy tu lugu banget,, pengen nangiss q pertama denger logat dan cara bicaranya... kasarannya sih q bilang dy cma orang "bodo" tapi harus ngikutin birokrasi hukum yang ribet dan mungkin penuh "tak tik" yang dengan mudah bisa jegal dan menghilangkan hak seseorang... humft.. gg bisa disalahin jga sih buat yang lapor,, mungkin dy jga dah geregetan kebonnya kemalingan mulu,, makanya sekali ada yang kena langsung diproses...

tapi tetep aja..apa nggak berlebihan??? apa emang udah sulit ya jaman sekarang buat musyawarah???

dan lagi ni,, waktu yang kasus nenek2 ngambil kakao,, waktu proses sidang dy sama sekali gg ditawarin jasa pengacara.. q tau dy emang "wong cilik" tapi mbok realistis to.. "penggedhe2" yang otomatis punya kuasa aja butuh pendampingan hukum kok,, nah ini apalagi dy cma "wong cilik" yang notabene sangat butuh banget pendampingan hukum secara dy bisa sibilang buta hukum.. nah kalo gini,, ya... bersaksi jujur pun kalo kalah ama jaksa penuntut umum yaudah.. habis!

jadi emosi ni saya.. pengen teriak ke yang punya kuasa, "heii.. kalian kemana ketika wong cilik butuh bantuan,,???? mereka gg punya daya sebesar kalian,, mereka butuh ayoman kalian,, mbok ya sadar dong!"

nyambung2 ke koruptor ah,, nah ini nyolong kakao ama semangka yang kalo di kalkulasi paling2 rp 5000 doang di sidang,, diadili,, di jorogkin ke penjara,, nah kalo yang uda nyolong 1000.000 kali lipat dari rp 5000 kok keknya masih bisa nikmatin udara bebas ya? apa gara2 masalah nyolong semangka tu simple jadi gampang buat diputusin?? apa emang "mereka" kebal hukum? apa karena mereka punya "adi daya dan kuasa"?? apa karena mereka punya pengacara canggih2 ,, yang pinter banget silat lidah,, apa emang ada script writer yang merangkap sutradara yang pinter bikin skenario???? entahlah,,

Allah pasti punya kehendak lain,, kalo gg diadili di dunia,, ya,, biarin aja diadili di akhirat... Ya Allah mudahkanlah jalan mereka (yang membutuhkan) berilah senantiasa kesehatan,, ketabahan dan hindarkan dari segala bentuk kedzaliman,, aminn.. ^^
